Warranty conditions

1 - The warranty period starts from the invoice date of the goods and is 1 year.
2 - All parts of the product, including all parts of the warranty.
3 - In case the goods are found to be defective, the consumer, in the article 11 of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection;
     a. Free repair.
     b. If not repaired, it is entitled to be replaced by new product.
4 - the vendor in the event that the consumer asks for free repair of these rights; it is obliged to carry out the repair of the goods without any charge under the name of the labor cost, the changed part price or any other name.
5 - In case of malfunction of the goods within the warranty period, the time spent in the repair is added to the warranty period. The repair period of the goods can not exceed 20 working days.
6 - Malfunctions arising from failure to comply with the information contained in the user manual are excluded from the warranty.
7 - Make sure that the product does not receive a voltage higher than the operating voltage indicated on the label. The seller company cannot be held responsible for failures that may occur in case of dispute and the fault cannot be considered under warranty.
8 - Be careful not to damage the barcode, model and serial number of the product. If they are unreadable or frayed, your product will be out of warranty.
9 - The product should not be used except for its intended use.
10 - Over the product modification, repair, painting, etc. do not do or make any physical intervention. This may result in property damage and product warranty.
11 - Malfunctions due to electrical faults or malfunctions of the user (power failure, voltage fluctuation, installation of non-product accessories or the use of non-use accessories etc.), faults occurring on the outer surface of the device, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
